How do I get RMA for my AirPods?
As Apple products have international warranty, they will be covered.
– Set up an appointment at an Apple Store or any Apple Authorized Service Provider. You’ll need your serial number, so be sure to bring your Charging Case, proof of purchase, or original AirPods box along with your original AirPods.
– Contact Apple Support.
You can also talk with an Apple Support advisor by phone. The serial number of your case is on the underside of the lid. If your AirPods are connected to your iOS device, you can also head to Settings > General > About > AirPods for the serial number.
