Kichimall emphasizes on bringing our customers great value and service. Therefore, we provide FREE shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS.
Moreover, we are proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries. We will inform you once online shopping and shipping is made available in your location.

Status of Order
You will receive an email confirmation from us once you have successfully placed your order. If you have any changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours.
Processing time for bulk orders will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Do note that small quantity of orders may still need 2-5 days processing time depending on stock availability.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you have specified combined shipping.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items are shipped. By purchasing our items, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
